mouseenter() event?
mousedown() event?
keypress() event?
when() event?

Check the data-tab of the properties window for that control - any funky stuff in there? AutoComplete stuff or anything?

Seach the the code in the whole screen for the name of the textbox - perhaps another control or some code is causing the problem.

I the textbox bound to any data?


Things like that are a pain-in-the neck to debug too....
