cfw32.fll can up invalid on the build, too.

I thought cfw16.fll and cfw32.fll were part of the foxpro package.
I guess not. It seems they were a comm add on.
From what I can see, they used it to initialiize a modem, send and receive files, and then disconnect.

The good thing is, i don't think I need it.
There's some fox code that checks for an ipaddress and launches a ftp bat file to send a file.
I think I can just use this.
