That's a crazy idea- nobody can go before the AMA and lie about health reform and get away with it. Physicians typically remain in the same industry segment for decades meaning that you can't wait them out, they're exceedingly smart, they have learned Byzantine cunning to make headway in the current shonky system and they have shown their ability to undermine just about anything in healthcare if they decide to. No matter how competently people can cut and paste footage to create an impression, I simply cannot believe that Obama and his advisors would go before the AMA and lie in 2009- unless they want their reforms to fail, of course.

So, I guess that means he was lying in 2007? :o)
