I don't know why it became so big - I simply used Ctrl + Print-Screen and then pasted to Paint. Only when I manually changed attributes to 32*32 it became managable.

dedicated screen-capture software, just press PrtSc (to get the whole desktop) or Alt-PrtSc (to get just the window with focus), fire up Paint, Ctrl-V to paste, then edit as required. I usually find best results saving to .PNG but that's not supported here.

No, I haven't yet Googled it and I don't know what to answer on your questions - that's why I attached an image of my drive name and its drivers.

The search results are not optimistical :(
