Hi Naomi - thanks again. The report is created at run time. However, to answer your other questions, the entire directory including the data and the indexes was copied to my computer. On my computer, the items show up 1 time. On the other computer (same exact directory), some of the data shows up 3x. If it was a problem with the tables or indexes, it should show up on my computer too. It doesn't.

The resulting table doesn't have the extra records on the other computer. If you delete one of the repeated items in the grid, all three items are deleted.

sorry i can't give you much more to go on. i originally thought it was a printer problem (maybe a corrupt driver) as it was happening with the report, but then realized it also happens with a grid.
