You'll need to add the Copy and Paste Bars to your Ring Menu. You can
make a quick menu and copy the code etc... from there but basically
you need a BAR # called CUT and a Bar # Called PASTE. Assign the
shortcut keys (CTRL-C and CTRL-V) and they would call the
procedure _med_Copy and _med_Paste. The ring menu has to be
active for these to work of course...
