I have employed the following code to no success:

Runtime:

CREATE FORM xxxxxxxx as VCXCLASS with VCXCLASSLIB NOWAIT

This code was within a form event and will, 1)either not work stating "FEATURE NOT AVAILABLE" or 2) Not allow me to resize the form (border style is SIZEABLE (DEFAULT)).

Any suggestions.
