I am accessing a remote data table that is set up kinda strange

It has five rows representing manufacturing days. Each row has a year column and twelve month columns.

In each month column there is a string representing each day of the corresponding month like JAN 2009 would be
HNNN-----NN-----NN-----NNNNNNNNm

Feb 2009
N-----NN-----NN-----NN-----Nmmmm

I need an array that has four elements
Year
Month
Day of Month
Value(H,N,-,m)
