>>I have researched and printed every message from the UT about the setup wizard error of "Your setup files may be damaged...blah blah blah" and I have implemented them and I still get the message. My app is installed on a LAN with the appropriate dll's with the .exe. Any new machine can run it fine without having anything installed on
>>it at all. I have about 5 machines (P75 WIN95) that get the "Invalid or corrupt vfp*.dll" message. I have tried in vain to use the setup wizard to create disks or a netsetup.

>Have you looked on the trouble machines to see if any prior vfp files exist? Also, I'm confused about why your setup wizard attempts failed. Was there an error during the setup wizard, and if so, what error number was generated? Or do you mean the setup ran fine, but the installation process has the same error as the network app directory run attempts?

The trouble machines are clear of any VFP files. Creating the setup disks or netsetup using the setup wizard from in VFP works fine. Trying to use the setup from a machine to install it is when the errors occur. I will either get error #825 or #824 sometimes it says object error #8, it is very strange. In running the setup I am able to get as far as specifying the desired directory on the machine to install the program and right after that it croaks.

I used to get these same messages for VFP 5.0, but even after upgrading to 5.0a I still can't get anything to work.

Thank you for the response, hope this info helps more.
