I think you meant second + first (as in Nedeljkovic + Dragan?)? If so, I agree.

On a slightly different subject, I'm using a different method to sort names. I'm working on a membership database, where the member's "name" might be "The Richmond Family," or "John and Patty Richmond."

What I've decided to do is let the user specify the sort order by having a field just for that purpose. She types "The Richmond Family" in one field, then, using InteractiveChange, I set the sortname field to "Richmond Family, The". I think that most of the time my algorithm will give the correct results, but the user can change it if desired. For example, my algorithm wouldn't handle my own situation, where the family name is "Mark Wilden and Kate Smith" (my wife kept her maiden name).
