I don't have an HTML reference handy, but I think its the SOUND or SND property inside the body tag. Something like

(openbrackets)BODY SOUND = "/mywav.wav"(close brackets)

(Michel's parser won't allow real body tags)

If you have an HTML reference handy, this should be enough to get you there.
