I've got Codebook, and I'm using the public domain framework from MaxTech, posted on Compuserve. I'm also a FoxExpress Pioneer registrant... but constantly looking for something better! or better ideas, perhaps.

What experience has anyone had with VisExtend, StepUp or any other frameworks out there?

My feeling is that even if the framework is the greatest thing since sliced bread, you STILL have to dig into it and learn what it is that goes on underneath as you have to debug your code all the time and have to know the inner workings of any classes that are higher up.

So documentation of the framework's innards is very important, with examples of how to use it in the best way possible...
