And that isn't even the big charge against him at the moment. As far as the rape charge, though, I am taking a wait and see approach. it does seem fishy that the woman who claims he raped her did not go to the police. It only came out when she filed a civil suit. OTOH I certainly would not call this woman up and make death threats against her, as reportedly over 100 people have since her name became public. That's going a little far in blind defense of one's sports "heroes." (I can think of only one athlete I would call a hero and that was Pat Tillman).
