>Figures....but if you ask me you really shouldn't do an upgrade anyway, you should do a clean install. Even if it did work I would opt for the clean install - everytime I've upgraded from one windows OS to another vs clean install, I've ALWAYS been happier with the clean install.

I'd rather do a clean install - if I thought I really had the time to reinstall everything I would do it in a heartbeat.
