Quick question, do all the threads always appear when loging into UT?

I notice on the opening screen there is a forumn called "Windows" but I sure have never seen that one. Wondering if I am missing something. To me the UT is kind of a "busy" app, and I could easily miss something even though I think I have viewed all icons, etc.
