I pretty much decided that I will charge them one day of my time, plus expenses. This is how I have always charged my customers before. But, prior to starting this thread, it occurred to me that maybe I should check to see how others charge. What customers do not realize (and I am sure that you do) that it takes more than just a day for me to get away from the office to meet and traing them for 6 or 8 hours. Some places I go to are fun and I don't mind the extra time (like I have been 3 times to a fancy resort in Nevis, Caribbean - my customer). I am sure Atlanta is fine but it is not Las Vegas <g>.
