We once had a client who was only using WordPerfect with her computer - other than that, she knew nothing about computers. One day, she decided to make a cleanup of her hard drive, so she opened just about every document on her hard drive and if all she could see was gibberish, she deleted the file.

Did I say every document? I meant to say every file, including COMMAND.COM ...
