I have now the visualbasic express 2008 and tried to copy this example ot fhis link

but in step 3 is a part that said

"Now to add a Component into our DAL , you must right Click on the DAL project in my case "PropDAL" and select "Add" and "Add Component" and give it a meaningfull name, in my case i have named it "Property_DAL". Double click the Component and you will see that the name of the Component is the same as the Class name. use the name for the class you used in your BLL, in my case "Properties". That means the code in your component will look like this."

I can not do it wirh visual basic express, is ther other way to programm this part 3 in my code?
