I did not read Victor's post as blaming it directly on the administration. He said "Under the Bush administration", which I took to mean while Bush was President. Maybe he will clarify.

With the Supreme Court and Circuit Court judges we have now, it was inevitable that the Bill of Rights would be eroded. They can't chip away at it fast enough. Of course, they got plenty of encouragement from the Bush administration ;-(
