>>We once had a client who was only using WordPerfect with her computer - other than that, she knew nothing about computers. One day, she decided to make a cleanup of her hard drive, so she opened just about every document on her hard drive and if all she could see was gibberish, she deleted the file.

>I once had to train a buncha secretaries in DisplayWrite2 (1983 or so)....when they would get a "Press any key..." dialog, they would wonder what key to press.....exasperated, I told then to press J. One day some guy walked by and saw the dialog and pressed the Spacebar.....his secretary bitched him out that he didn't press the J and the next thing I know I'm getting a formal reprimand :)

In that case, most user press [return], [space]
or [Esc] if user afraid what he did!! :0

This is because it is learned from DOS.... "More" command!
if confirm next page, [return].
if goto next line, [space].
if stop peeking, [Ctrl+Break].
The weak wait for chance, The strong bid for chance,
The clever notch up chance, but The merciful give you chance.
