We just wanted to update everyone on the upcoming release of our VFP6 version of the Mere Mortals Framework.

We have added *many* great enhancements to the Framework that make Mere Mortals more powerful and even easier to use.

Normally, our every-three-months release cycle would place the next release of the Framework on October 1. However, based on the extensive changes we have made we expect the release to be delayed a few weeks. We want to do our best to make sure this new release is solid and well-tested rather than releasing it prematurely.

In addition, we encourage all developers to upgrade ASAP to Visual FoxPro 6 in order to take advantage of some of the best enhancements in our next version. The good news is that the upgrade from VFP5 to VFP6 is extremely smooth.
