IC. It seems that Wiki webservice is broken. I got following full error:
WSDLReader:Loading of the WSDL file failed HRESULT=0x80040154: Class not registered
- Server:An unanticipated error occurred during the processing of this request. HRESULT=0x80040154: Class not registered

You may want to report the problem to Steven.
