I don't see a reference to the dutch healthcare. And please explain why The Netherlands is a healthcare nightmare country? I don't support your claim for cheapest possible care up here. For my problem I had a choice while one much more expensive than the other.

I certainly never experienced any serious deficiency in it, nor in my family. Sure incidents and malpractise happens as everywhere. But anyone here can get quality healthcare without long waitinglists. If you really want to get the best of the best, there is nothing stopping you from getting it.

And don't give me the argument of long waiting lists. For most medical procedures they don't exist anymore. Sure if you're waiting for a donor organ? Do you have an Idea about the number of physicians per 100.000 citizens in the US and compare that to The Netherlands and raise your eyebrow..
