Here's an example of what I use the OutputBaseFileName for:
#define MyAppName "Best Practice - Optical"
#define MyAppVersion "2.0.163"
[Setup]
OutputBaseFilename={#MyAppName} {#MyAppVersion} setup
So I end up with a setup file called "Best Practice - Optical 2.0.163 setup.exe"
I actually generate my script on the fly so I can get the current version from my project and stick it in the script.
