Companies do this with most products all around the world. Coca Cola tastes differently in different countries. It's even more noticeable with Fanta (orange lemonade made by Coca Cola). In the northern countries it's more like yellow, the further south you come in Europe, the more orange-colored the product becomes and the sweeter it is.

It's funny because we buy in shops that have products where everything is imported from Spain and Portugal. Most food I have at home is rather not typical German cuisine. ;-)
