What's a monsterburger?

As far as the definition of calories, the rest of the world should get with the program and adopt the U.S. standard. What's their problem, anyway? Next thing you know they'll be clinging to the metric system. If miles, feet, inches, ounces, and pounds are good enough for us they should be good enough for them.
