Does a child living in a poor family have the same chances as the one who live in a rich familly? I don't think so.
I hate to burst your bubble, but I grew up in a poor family. Not only was it a poor family, it was also a disfunctional family with a capital "D". I was a battered child - my first memory of my father was when he put me in the hospital with 3 broken ribs at the age of 5. But you know what? I managed to work my way through college to earn 3 undergraduate degrees and earn a great living without the help of anyone else or socialism. So I really do not care what you think. I am living proof that we all have the same chances for success if we are willing to work for it.
