I think it is available on DVD for the 1st season with English subtitles.
From little I remember about this show it is not exactly what I like to watch (I am not knocking it). So lately I have been watching Spanish and Argentinian movies (I subscribe to a set of Spanish channels called Selecto). I like both Spanish and Argentinian movies (for content) and they also helps me to improve my understanding of fast speaking Spanish. I only wish that the movies on Selecto would have sub-titles but they don't.
But maybe when I run out of all Spanish movies I will subscribe to HBO again and try Epitafios (tastes change <g>).
