Actually I think KG has thought really hard about this stuff and if pressed, he can actually produce debatable logic even if not everybody shares his conclusions! But in challenging ideas and beliefs he is our best friend and we are his- as long as we can avoid descending into ad hominem stuff. IMHO, any way.
Which is the first time I've ever stood up for KG- I guess he'll fall off his chair in surprise now. ;-)
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
