Marcia, maybe we're being too hard on Mike - he's not a pleasant picture right now, and is surely down right now - we should be building him up, even letting his ego and head swell a bit over his recent accomplishments of not drinking. Though I agree he needs to accept some responsibility, perhaps he feels shafted a bit. We're all his friends, so maybe with some stroking he'll be back on the ball in no time.
