It works, but it is not a title of the window, it is a text close to the file name dialog (at the bottom).

cCustomText
Specifies custom text to appear in the Save As dialog box.

I think you may need a replacement of Putfile - could be in Downloads section here.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
