By couching your insults as you often do. While her insults are more direct and stated openly (and go too far at times I will agree), yours are couched, but they are almost always there. Your supposedly 'just an observation' above (bold emphasis mine) is the perfect example. That is clearly an insult. You cannot convince me it was not your intention. Not everyone here is that dense. You intentionaly word your statements to do that.
