Hi All,

I have to do some testing against our intranet product to ensure that that its secure. I am looking for an http interceptor of some kind which will allow me to catch the post and modify the content if required.

I have seen this http://www.fileguru.com/HTTP-Interceptor/screenshot has anybody used it before or anything similar.
