Hi Bob -
The Windows Installer removes only files that were created during the setup. So the Home(7) folder, and HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Visual FoxPro... in the Registry, that get created when VFP starts, need to be deleted manually for a complete uninstall.
In Vista/Windows7 you can delete the "Virtual Store" folder, e.g. "C:\Users\Robert\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9", too.
