Well, that's not a big surprise.
I don't know what causes (or might cause) a buffer overrun problem. Maybe somebody on this forum does.
It's hard to know even what questions to ask ... those that come to mind include:
Does this error happen on all forms or classes, or just a specific one?
Do you have the debugger open?
In fact, what other things do you have open?
"Buffer overrun" sounds to me like there's some transmission, outside of PEMEditor altogether, which is failing ... it's just that it happens when PEMEditor is running.
As I said, you'll have to ask for help from others on this.
