We should all have the colonoscopy at least every 5 years. I've known many friends and acquaintances to find out too late that they had colon cancer. There's no cure when it gets into advanced stages.

I've had this procedure 3 times and they always put me to sleep. The first one, they found and removed 3 polyps. These are the things that can turn cancerous and kill you.
