We use Red Gate SQL Compare quite a bit. It is great for migrating schema changes from one server to another (like from development to production servers). I tried a number of other tools that had similar basic functionality, but SQL Compare seemed the most reliable when it came to generating migration scripts.

I recommend it highly.
