I tried the Close Databases All and then to reopen my database exclusive, nut still, the RI builder is not avalable, it is dimmed in the menu or the button for the RI builder is not enabled in the Edit Relationship screen.

I even tried with another database and again, the RI builder is not available. So I tried to reinstall VFP but the result is the same.
