I bought ApexSql Developer Studio. I liked Red-gate tools also, but I was getting more tools in this bundle for much less money than I would need to pay to red-gate. Right now the financial part was very important to me and I hope that I made the correct decision. ApexSQL comparison tools works very similar to Red-gate and I really like ApexSQL Edit. You can use this tool in-place of SQL Server Manager and it includes debugger for your stored procedures/functions/triggers.
