>>I don't agree with you about McCartney. IMO he is a pompous old bore. He wrote some good songs with the Beatles but was way >inferior to John Lennon. In my opinion, of course.

>In general I like Lennon much more than McCartney (more of a rocker, better lyrics and his tragic death which made him even bigger) but I think it was the chemistry between the two of them that made Beatles that big. In fact, it was McCartney's creativity that pushed Lennon to come up with amazing songs. So I give lots of credit to McCartney and cannot dismiss the fact that my all time favorite Beatles song (and IMHO Lennon could have not written a better rocker) is I saw her standing there.

>The show was well done. It;s true that he lives off of his oldies but thats what I wanted to see and not Ebony and Ivory kinda..rap (which Im sure Lennon would have never written anything close to that lol).

Thank you for the link.

I have been thinking of the video of Warren Zevon and Bruce Springsteen for about three days. Warren was dying and he managed to put together one last album. He had a way with words that inspired everyone from Bruce to Dave Barry.
