Hmmm...I've noticed the same thing occasionally with CLOSE DATA ALL, and then a CLEAR ALL works...CLOSE DATA itself only should close one DBC, and might not even work unless the SET DATA has been issued...

The other day I did CLOSE DATA ALL twice when stuck, and the second time worked :)
