If it matters, I use Report Manager as the reporting engine. Printer fonts, the nearest I got to was using Courier fixed width fonts, but they really do not represent the Epson / IBM DMP fonts in real life so yes they differ and need to be printed repeatedly to tune between the preview and printed ones.
