I seem to remember someone mentionning that there is a plan to have a service pack update or an upgrade VFP 7 taht would allow an ADO record set to be placed in a view which would accomplish this. You can have it now, MS has posted a new sample on the msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro website also Ken Levy has one on his classx.com site.
This program converts ado to a vfp cursor.
