When the rule is enforced, i.e. profanity causes banning, then it's somewhat difficult to remember that someone used profanity before the case. My educated guess is that everyone used profanities before, but not here.

This is just speculation - there may be a distinction between using profanity and DIRECTING profanity at someone. Just speculation on my part.
