When logged in as myself (an admin) the windows scheduled task launches a batch file which uses the windows FTP program and runs a script in it that executes a PUT command that uploads my file to an FTP site.

When I login as another user (non admin) with the same scheduled windows task (running under my user login permissions - as me) the log from the FTP script shows that the PUT command fails.

What is going on?
