Tarvaris was so bad last year that the Vikings brought in Sage Rosenfels to challenge him. Not exactly shooting the moon for a comparable challenge there. Bringing in a veteran QB is a no brainer, let alone Favre. I'm surprised they didn't give Warren Moon a call.
