meanwhile due to their stupid power games people are dying...The shame is that the North Americans used to be remarkably good at deciding to do something and when you wake up the next morning they've already finished it plus they've built a highway and three schools with the left-over materials after they invented a whole new construction methodology along the way. ;-) We saw signs of this when they almost single-handedly staved off the financial disaster but there seems to be paralysis wrt their obviously unsatisfactory health system.
