We call MS Tech Support for VFP probably at least twice a year for some C5, ODBC or Regional (Internationalization) issue. Even though our production applications are still in VFP8, we tag our issues as a VFP9 issue because there is no longer VFP8 support. The clock ends in 2012 for VFP9 MS Tech support, if I remember correctly.
