I am trying to use the "InternetCheckConnection" function within WININET.DLL to verify that an Internet connection exists in conjunction with an application currently under development.
Using the code below, I always receive a value of zero (No Connection) even when IExplorer is online and actively connected to the specified URL. Any help would be very much appreciated.
