I guess I made the right decision there. One of my computers came with it preloaded. I quickly deleted it and installed AVG.

After more hours and more swearing than I care to admit, I finally figured it out (no thanks to their tech support). I system file got caught "in limbo" during an update. This was on my quad-core machine with 8 GB, and I was hacked off that I couldn't use it until I got it resolved.

Gwen told me that when Katy throws her first tantrum because she can't find a toy (or if her favorite toy breaks), Gwen will remind me of how ticked I got when my machine went down.
